At DefibPro, we understand the critical importance of fast, reliable delivery for life-saving equipment. Our shipping process is designed to ensure your defibrillators, cabinets, and emergency response supplies arrive safely, on time, and fully protected during transit.

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to:

  • Mainland United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales)
  • Northern Ireland
  • Channel Islands & Isle of Man (additional charges may apply)
  • Remote or hard-to-reach areas (lead times may vary)

If you require international delivery, contact us to discuss available options.

Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday before 12 pm are typically processed and dispatched the same working day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or on bank holidays are dispatched the next working day.
  • AED units, cabinets, and trauma kits are shipped directly from our UK fulfilment partners for the fastest delivery.

Some products may be dispatched directly from the manufacturer to ensure you receive the newest stock and longest shelf life.

Delivery Timeframes

Mainland UK

  • Standard Delivery: 3–5 business days

Northern Ireland & Non-Mainland UK

  • Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days

Cabinets & Specialist Equipment

Larger items such as heated outdoor cabinets may require longer handling times, typically 3–7 business days, depending on stock levels and delivery location.

If your order is time-sensitive (e.g., workplace installation, compliance deadline), contact us and we’ll prioritise it where possible.

Delivery Charges

  • Free Standard Delivery on all AED units and cabinets to mainland UK.
  • Accessories, pads, batteries, signage, and consumables may include a small delivery fee shown at checkout.
  • Deliveries to Northern Ireland, the Highlands, and the islands may incur a surcharge based on courier rates.

All charges are clearly displayed before you complete your order.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Courier name
  • Expected delivery window

Damaged or Missing Items

We take equipment safety seriously. If your package arrives damaged, incomplete, or appears to have been tampered with:

  • Take photos immediately
  • Keep all packaging materials
  • Contact us within 48 hours

We will resolve the issue quickly and arrange replacements where necessary.

Incorrect Address / Delivery Failures

If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, delivery delays or failed shipments may occur.
We cannot refund shipping fees for orders returned due to incorrect address details.

If you notice an error, contact us immediately — we can usually fix it before dispatch.
